However, we do request that children do not accompany you for your salon or spa service. **Gift Card Terms & Conditions** At Sovereign, our gift cards are a beautiful way to share the luxury of self-care. Please review the following terms before purchasing or redeeming: Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will automatically expire and cannot be extended or reissued. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are issued to a specific recipient and are non-transferable. The name provided at the time of purchase must match the individual redeeming the card. Identification may be required at the time of service. No Cash Value: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase other gift cards. They may only be applied toward services or products offered at Sovereign. Lost or Stolen Cards: Sovereign is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please store your card information securely. Appointment Availability: Redemption is based on availability. Gift cards do not guarantee immediate access to appointments or priority booking. Purchasing Gift Cards: At this time, we will no longer offer e-gift card purchases due to restrictions within our software that prevent us from clearly and consistently outlining our limitations and policies. Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify Sovereign Esthetics at sov.esthetics@gmail.com or call the office as soon as possible to reschedule. *All scheduled appointments are subject to a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
